You will need to put your address, phone number LEGIBLY on the bottom of the clock. Do not send any bags, cases or user manuals with the clock. (cost will be $39.99 for US customers, $89.99 if outside of the US)

- I am perfectly willing to wait 12-24 weeks or rarely even longer for the repaired clock to be sent back to me.
- If I send a check towards the repair of my clock, it might be cashed before the diagnosis begins. The diagnosis is not free.
- I fully understand that status updates, including acknowledgement of receipt of my clock, are not possible.
- I am enclosing or otherwise transmitted $39.99 per clock ($89.99 if outside USA). Please make your check out to: SamTimer. Or you can PayPal your payment to: teamsamk@gmail.com
- I hereby promise to patiently wait for my clock to be fixed and returned. I understand that parts take some time to be ordered and delivered, and I hereby promise not to contact SamTimer for any reason regarding updates on repair status.
